Bun Bo Hue – Pho Tam Must Try Surrey Central

For soup noodles, I’m given the impression that many of my friends enjoy to eat Bun Bo Hue, which I fell in love with after I got introduced to it. Bun Bo Hue is a spicy soup base with bún (vermicelli round rice noodles) served with beed shank, oxtail and pig’s knuckles.
