Are you looking for a real-world opportunity to showcase your social media skills? Do you want to prove you are the next marketing maven, and have an amazing experience to put on your resume? On March 14th-15th, 2015, join The Social Media Network for Platform, the 2nd annual intercollegiate Social Media Case Competition at Simon Fraser University at Harbour Centre. You will have an opportunity to gain experience working with an internationally recognized Vancouver-based brand – lululemon, with feedback from top industry professionals.
Platform is Vancouver’s first and only social media case competition. In small teams, students will have 24 hours to create a 10-minute presentation showcasing their best social media campaign idea for our case sponsor, lululemon. Students will then participate in a preliminary presentation round, where teams will compete against each other to secure a place in the finals. Preliminary presentations will be judged by social media industry professionals who will provide feedback and select the top three teams that will move on to the final round. The winning presentation will be selected by our final judges from lululemon and Blenz.

Date: Saturday, March 14 – Sunday March 15, 2015.
Price: $44 per team of 2-4 contestants for early bird tickets, until January 31. After that, tickets go up to $60 per team. Registration is open now! Space is limited so be sure to register soon.
